  • 40% required to reserve your date, final payments due 60 days prior to event. Refundable $500 security damage/ cleaning deposit required. Deposits are non-refundable and can be applied to a new date if given 6 months’ notice. Liability Insurance coverage required for all events.

    • Offsite parking less than 1/2 mile away (we shuttle your guest, no extra fee) 

    • Onsite parking for up to 25 cars

FOOD & DRINKS

  • We can recommend some of our favorites or choose your own. We love Food Trucks!

  • All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed/insured bartender. Washington State Liquor Banquet Permit required for all events. Last call is 9:15 pm

  • We welcome you to hire your own DJ or use our in-house sound system with your own device. All music ends 9:30

  • THE BARN

    We have a stunning, spacious cedar barn ready to host a lovely celebration of love and union. The barn was created by combining two farm buildings - a former chicken house and a carport. With creativity and hard work, we transformed them into a beautiful and robust barn, perfect for any celebration!

  • THE ROCK WALL

    Inspired by a trip to California, What once was a hedge and rail fence, became a "Gabion Style" Rock Wall. After 4 years and many hours of hand stacking rocks, the wall was finally finished. Our neighbors call it "the great wall of Lofall".

  • THE GREEN HOUSE

    No matter the season, this little green house nestled amidst the vibrant landscape of Red Cedar Farm is always picturesque.

  • THE ARCADE

    Light up the night in the Vintage Pinball gallery with over 15 working pinball machines dated back to the 1950’s, 60’s and early 70’s. Extensive Collection of nostalgic sports, music, games and automotive memorabilia.

  • THE FARM + PLAY AREA

    We turned an old cherry tree into a fort and slide play area for our boys. The tree eventually died, but we didn't let it ruin the fun on our farm. We made some changes and created a new playful space for children to enjoy nature and let their imaginations run wild. Plus, our goats and donkeys are always nearby, ready to entertain.

  • THE aRBOR

    The arbor, surrounded by lush greenery and bathed in soft sunlight filtering through the leaves provides the perfect ambiance to say those two heartfelt words, "I do." This ethereal location exudes romance and tranquility, making it an idyllic choice for exchanging vows.

  • THE STONE FIRE

    Experience the joy of our beautiful stone fire pit . Gather around the crackling fire, the twinkling lights, and connect with loved ones in a natural, cozy setting.

  • GET READY SPACES

    The barn on our property is 130 years old and was originally used to feed cattle and store hay. We have restored the original structure, and now the left wing houses the grooms. Next to it is a separate building for the bridesmaids, equipped with all the essentials for prepping for the wedding day!

  • THE TERRACE

    This courtyard is an ideal spot to socialize and welcome your guests as they arrive, offering them a glass of sparkling wine.

  • THE PERGOLA

    Beautiful weather protected pergola space perfect for hosting gatherings or holding ceremonies in case of rain!

Red Cedar Farm is an event venue and working farm located in North Kitsap County, near Poulsbo and the Hood Canal Bridge. Just 30 minutes from the destination points of Seattle ferries to Bainbridge Island or Kingston. Easy to get to, yet a world away. Contact us to plan your event, or just visit the farm.

Parking & Shuttle

Guest will be shuttled to the venue from
26129 NW Lofall Road Poulsbo, WA 98370
(Located 1/2 mile from venue)
The shuttle will arrive and depart approximately every 5 minutes 1 hour prior to ceremony and/or as needed. Signs and info will be posted at the parking lot!

Turn left or right at the 4 way stop light off Hwy 3 onto Pioneer Way Road.
Travel approx. ½ mile
Turn right onto Lofall RD
